Back-to-back! SHC Rossemaison won the 2026 IISHF U19 European Cup in Kaarst with a 4-3 victory over Crash Eagles Kaarst in an electric atmosphere. This final once again demonstrated just how competitive this tournament is.
Crash Eagles Kaarst and SHC Rossemaison both finished first in their groups during the group stage, facing teams determined to unseat the tournament favorites. Crash Eagles Kaarst finished the group stage with two wins and two draws, while SHC Rossemaison finished with three wins and one draw.
SHC Rossemaison opened the scoring at 8:24 with a goal by Nico Leandro Seri on the power play. Crash Eagles Kaarst responded quickly, tying the game with a goal by Malte Fonken in the final minute of the first period.
The intensity ramped up a notch in the second period as Crash Eagles Kaarst applied heavy pressure but failed to take the lead. It was ultimately Alexandre Rufer, assisted by Yvan Sauvain, who helped SHC Rossemaison regain momentum, scoring two more goals in less than two minutes.
Crash Eagles Kaarst tried everything to get back into the game, scoring two goals (Maximilian Wrede and Ben Schlösser) late in the period, but SHC Rossemaison goalie Loan Vernier denied them the chance to pull off the comeback.

Defending champion TV Augsburg was dethroned in the very last second of overtime. SHC Ajoie won a high-caliber final 4–3 in overtime, earning the title of 2026 IISHF U13 European Cup champion. Ajoie led 1–0 after the first half, leading into an intense second half that ended 3–3 and went to overtime. Both sides had chances, but SHC Ajoie ultimately prevailed, scoring the championship-winning goal—a 4–3 winner by #21 Thomas Cortinovis—at the 4:59 mark of the five-minute overtime period

3. Revised Time Schedules for the IISHF Men European Cup and IISHF Men Challenge Cup 2026
As published in the IISHF Communication Letter 2026-06 on 23rd April 2026 there has been a modification of the Time Schedules for both the IISHF Men European Cup and the IISHF Men Challenge Cup. In practice we added 2 more games and by mistake the reference (game numbers for the 2 winners of the semifinals) for the final was not updated
