1. IISHF Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2027

As agreed at the AGM 2026, the IISHF Presidium hereby announces that the IISHF AGM 2027 will take place on 27–28.02.2027 in Copenhagen (at Copenhagen Airport), Denmark.

The hosting Danish Rollersport Federation (RD), in cooperation with IISHF, has planned for the IISHF AGM 2027 to take place at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport.

The hotel is within walking distance of Copenhagen Airport. The hotel uses dynamic pricing for its rooms. The current expected prices in DKK (Danish krone) are:

Hotel room rates (breakfast included):

• 26–28.02.2027: DKK 1,356 per room/night (single) | DKK 1,556 per room/night (double)

Please note:

• All prices include VAT.
• Room rates are dynamic and subject to change until booked.

The hotel cannot quote exact prices in euros, as its primary currency is DKK. The final exchange rate will depend on the bank and the rate on the day of payment. Hotel rooms can be paid individually at check-in. However, the company/organisation will act as the financial guarantor for any no-show or late cancellation fees.

2. IISHF AGM 2027 Delegates Confirmation and Travel Information

We kindly ask all NMAs and delegates to send the following travel details for each delegate to IISHF (office@iishf.com) by 31.01.2027:

• Arrival date / departure date
• Arrival time / departure time
• Flight number

We will use this information to book the conference room and the Friday and Saturday evening activities. For information received after 31.01.2027, we cannot guarantee conference attendance or participation in the Saturday evening activity.

3. IISHF Live Streaming Support Package 2026

Attached is the updated IISHF Live Streaming Support Package for 2026, as approved at the IISHF AGM 2026. The 2026 budget for live streaming at IISHF Title Events is €4,000, based on 8 Title Events at an estimated €500 per event. Please note that total live streaming expenses may change if events are cancelled or postponed, or if Title Events are held as joint Title Events.

The IISHF Presidium will decide the final payment of the IISHF Live Streaming Support Package 2026, which will be made at the end of this year.

4. IISHF U13 European Cup 2027 Sanctioned

The IISHF Presidium has sanctioned Crefelder SC (Germany), approved by the German Federation, to host the IISHF U13 European Cup 2027 in Krefeld (Germany) on 28–30.05.2027. The Opening Ceremony and any opening games will take place on Friday evening.

5. IISHF U19 European Cup 2027 Sanctioned

The IISHF Presidium has sanctioned SHC Rossemaison (Switzerland), approved by the Swiss Federation, to host the IISHF U19 European Cup 2027 in Rossemaison (Switzerland) on 25–27.06.2027. The Opening Ceremony and any opening games will take place on Friday evening.

6. IISHF Men Challenge Cup 2027 Sanctioned

The IISHF Presidium has sanctioned Badgers Spaichingen (Germany), approved by the German Federation, to host the IISHF Men Challenge Cup 2027 in Spaichingen (Germany) on 18–20.06.2027. The Opening Ceremony and any opening games will take place on Friday evening.

7. Junior Masters Cup 2027 Sanctioned (B-Event, Non-Title Event)

The B-Event (Non-Title Event) Junior Masters Cup in Wolfurt (Austria) will take place again in 2027 on the Whitsun weekend. The tournament is planned for U10 and U13 teams.

The IISHF Presidium has sanctioned IHC Wolfurt Walkers (Austria), approved by the Austrian Federation, to host the Junior Masters Cup 2027 in Wolfurt (Austria) on 15–16.05.2027. Planned schedule:
