1. IISHF AGM 2026 Delegates Confirmation and Travelling Information

We kindly request all NMAs and delegates to provide IISHF (office@iishf.com) with the travelling details of each delegate by 15.01.2026.

This information will be used as the basis for booking the conference room and Friday as well as Saturday evening activities. For information received after 15.01.2026, we cannot guarantee conference presence or participation in Friday and Saturday evening activities.

2. IISHF Regulations Committee Proposal for IISHF Regulations 2026

The IISHF Regulations Committee has finalized its proposal for the IISHF Regulations 2026. Please find attached the following documents:

  • Regulations 2026 Draft v2 of 15.10.2025
  • 2026 Regulations Modifications Draft 15.10.2025 (including a summary of all proposed changes with reason/background)

The used colours have the following meaning:

  • Green colour – “New”
  • Red colour – “To delete”

According to the IISHF Constitution the following applies:

§11.7:

All Proposals for Changes to the IISHF Regulations at General Meetings must be submitted by a National Member Association or by the IISHF Presidium no later than four (4) months prior to the General Meeting to the IISHF Regulations Committee for further approval. All Proposals for Changes approved or proposed by the IISHF Regulations Committee (according to article 17 IISHF Constitution) shall be submitted in writing to the Presidium no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the General Meeting. The Presidium shall circulate all proposals to the members no later than six (6) weeks prior to the General Meeting.

These proposals may only be altered by the applicant by providing the alteration before 20:00 on the day before the General Meeting, with full new wording by email to the IISHF Presidium and all National Member Associations taking part in the General Meeting. During a General Meeting, new proposals for changes to the IISHF Regulations may only be put to a vote if all National Member Associations present unanimously agree (without abstention and without any vote against).

§17.2:

The Regulations Committee shall have the power:

  • to propose any change to the IISHF Regulations
  • to vote on proposals of National Member Associations to the IISHF Regulations received not later than four (4) months prior to the General Meeting, in line with article 11.7 IISHF Constitution, for final vote by the IISHF Council of Members
