This CL contains information on the dates of 5 European Title Events in 2022. Two events were previously scheduled, for the Women European Cup and the Veterans European Cup hosting applications have not yet been received.
1. IISHF Men Challenge Cup 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that SHC Rockets Essen (Germany) will host the IISHF Men Challenge Cup 2022. The event will take place on 10-12 June 2022 in Essen (Germany) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
2. IISHF U19 European Cup 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that SHC Rossemaison (Switzerland) will host the IISHF U19 European Cup 2022. The event will take place on 1-3 July 2022 in Rossemaison (Switzerland) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
3. IISHF Men European Cup 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that SHC Rossemaison (Switzerland) will host the IISHF Men European Cup 2022. The event will take place on 18-21 August 2022 in Rossemaison (Switzerland) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
4. IISHF U19 European Championships 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that BISHA (Great Britain) will host the IISHF U19 European Championships 2022. The event will take place on 30 September-2 October 2022 in Bordon (Great Britain) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
5. IISHF Men European Championships 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that SHC Duisburg Ducks (Germany) will host the IISHF Men European Championships 2022. The event will take place on 3-6 November 2022 in Duisburg (Germany) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
6. IISHF Title Events Applications for remaining IISHF Title Events 2022
As mentioned in the IISHF Communication Letter 2021-19 published on 4 October 2021 for the following IISHF Title Events 2022 no formal IISHF application form has been received and due to our best knowledge there are no potential hosting clubs / candidates:
- • Women European Cup 2022
- • Veterans European Cup 2022
Pleaee note that according to point 12.1 IISHF Constitution the IISHF Presidium has imposed the following official deadline for all NMAs as of 31.10.2021 for applications of the above two open Title Events 2022 and that without applications until 31.10.2021 the both above Title Events 2022 might not take place.
