1. IISHF Men European Cup 2021 - cancelled
The IISHF Men European Cup 2021 that was originally scheduled to take place on 26-29 August 2021 in Rossemaison (Switzerland) and then as
published in the IISHF Communication Letter 2021-13 of 28 June 2021 after consultation with the hosting club SHC Rossemaison postponed to December 2021 either the 2-5 or 9-12 December 2021 with a deadline latest by 30 September 2021 for a final decision by IISHF has now been finally cancelled due to the fact that the minimum of 8 teams from 3 participating countries were not achieved.
There were 6 confirmed teams from 3 countries consisting for Denmark (Starz), Great Britain (London Street Warriors and Cardiff Panthers) and Switzterland (SHC Buix, SHC Rossemaison and IHC Rothrist) which is not enough to conduct a IISHF Title Event for club teams.
In regards to the financial reimbursement each NMA will receive the relevant information and details from the IISHF Finance Director until 10.10.2021.
The next IISHF Men European Cup will then take place in 2022.
2. IISHF U13 European Cup 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that Crefelder SC (Germany) will host the IISHF U13 European Cup 2022. The event will take place on 27-29 May 2022 in Krefeld (Germany) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
3. IISHF U16 European Cup 2022
The IISHF Presidium has decided that Crash Eagles Kaarst (Germany) will host the IISHF U16 European Cup 2022. The event will take place on 17-19June 2022 in Kaarst (Germany) as sanctioned by the IISHF Presidium.
4. Nations Cup 2021 Men B-Event
As announced in the IISHF Communication Letter 2021-13 on 28.06.2021 the Ukrainian Federation of Roller Hockey (UFRH) will host a Nations Cup for Men teams in Kyiv (Ukraine) from 05-07.11.2021. Participants will be the National Men teams from Austria, Denmark, India and Ukraine plus a select team from Berlin (Germany). The teams agreed to a policy that all participants to this event, e.g. players, team and host officials, spectators, etc. have to be fully vaccinated.
5. Friendly Games U16 Ukraine – India
The Ukrainian Federation of Roller Hockey will also host on 06.-07.11.2021 three friendly games between the U16 National team of India and two Ukrainian club teams. These games are played during the Nations Cup 2021 in the same venue in Kyiv (Ukraine).
