The IISHF Presidium is responsible for the supervision of Inline Skater Hockey worldwide as well as the management of all IISHF operations. The Presidium comprises three members from different countries – the IISHF President, the IISHF Vice President & the IISHF Finance Director, who allocate the management duties among themselves.

The IISHF Presidium organizes and controls the organization of all IISHF Title Events, cooperates with the National Member Associations, appoints, and dismisses any IISHF Officer, as well as Members of the Disciplinary Committee or other Working Groups and Committees it established.

The Council of Members is the supreme authority of IISHF. It decides on any changes to the IISHF Constitution, IISHF Regulations and IISHF Official Rules Book and elects the members of the Presidium, the Audit Committee and the Appeals Committee. It also confirms new IISHF members or the suspends/expulses existing members.

The Council of Members consists of each fully paid up National Member Association represented by 1 delegate at the annual IISHF General Meetings. Please review articles 10 and 11 of the IISHF Constitution for further information.
