Our Rules Committee informed us that we did not send the updated version of the Rules Draft 2009 including comments. Thus please delete the documents received on 12.09.2009 and replace them by the attached (updated) versions of 17.09.2008. In the updated version there were only modified the measurements for goalkeeper equipment to the measurements used by the IISHF rule book 2002-2006 which resulted in changes of the rules 5.25.1, 5.26.1, 5.27.1 and 5.27.2.
