Claes Fréder has resigned as chairman of the Danish Roller Federation's (DRsU) skaterhockey department. In the interim the vice-chairman, Erik Sommer, will act as chairman. Claes Fréder states that: "Having too many commitments both in private and professionally caused tasks to be left only halfway finished or not finished at all. I am now in a position to regain focus on my position as IISHF Referee Manager. I will within the week (I hope) get my inbox to zero and have a fresh start.
I will continue as national referee and will offer my experience on officiating to the Danish Rules Committee".
