1. Tournament Rules and Time Schedules of the European Championships 2014
As attachment you will get the TOURNAMENT RULES and TIME SCHEDULE of the following European Championships 2014.

- Men European Championships 2014 in Kaarst (Germany)
- Junior (U19) European Championships 2014 in Stegersbach (Austria)

Please transfer these documents a.s.a.p. to your teams participating. In case of any questions to accommodation and organisation, the teams shall please contact the relevant Event Directors as mentioned in the Tournament Rules.

2. Deadline for Teams participating in European Championships 2014
As mentionend previously in the IISHF Communication Letter 2014-03 (on February 16, 2014) we have officially announced that according to point 12.1 IISHF Constitution the IISHF Presidium has imposed an official deadline for all National Teams participating in European Championships 2014 to send the following material (with a 6 week deadline):
a) An actual team photo.
b) Victories / successes of the last 10 years for the relevant team (age group) in English language and a short story (history) of the team.
c) Players list with names and shirt numbers of all players (please indicate players position).
d) Team logo
- Until 31.07.2014 for Team Information Men European Championships in Kaarst (Germany).
- Until 22.08.2014 for Team Information Junior European Championships in Stegersbach (Austria).

At the AGM 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel the deadline according to the IISHF Regulations has been changed to 8 weeks before the first day of the event (IISHF Regulations §15.1.e.9) so the new revised deadline will be:
- Until 17.07.2014 for Team Information Men European Championships in Kaarst (Germany).
- Until 08.08.2014 for Team Information Junior European Championships in Stegersbach (Austria).

Complete information has to be sent by e-mail to the hosting club with a copy (!!) to the IISHF President Erik Sommer (esommer@iishf.com). Failure will result to fixed fines (50 EUR per week of delay).

Please also pay attention that each National Member Association has to send not later than two weeks before each European Championship the completed and approved International Team Certificate (ITC) of all its teams to IISHF Vice-President Daniel Taschner (dtaschner@iishf.com).
