Attached please find information about the place and accommodation for the AGM provided by the Dutch Federation. Please inform Paul Crauwels at paul.crauwels@ishn.nl latest by Saturday January 15, 2010 about your participation and your requirements with reference to the offer provided.

2. Number of teams to be reported to IISHF
In reference to article 11.11 in the IISHF Constitution each Member Country shall be entitled at General Meetings to:
For Members with 49 teams or less registered 1 Vote
For Members with 50 to 99 teams registered 2 Votes
For Members with 100 or more teams registered 3 Votes
If two delegates are present, the vote shall be granted only to one of the two delegates as per decision by the relevant National Member Association. The number of teams in accordance to article 11.11 shall include the inline skater hockey teams which will be registered in that country for the current year and shall be reported by each National Member Association including a detailed team list with the name of all registered clubs and teams for the current year until 15th January to IISHF headquarters. If no report and/or no detailed team list has been given until 15th January the relevant number of teams shall be based on the previous year membership.

3. Regarding deadline Men Invitation Cup 2011
The IISHF Presidium has decided to postpone the confirmation from the NMA regarding the Men Invitation Cup 2011 until 31st January, 2011. For some countries it is a complete new situation and they don?t have the necessary domestic regulation for this. For the future it will not be a problem, but for this year we have accepted to extend the deadline one month.

4. International Referee Course
On the weekend of March 19-20, 2011 an International Referee Course will as previously agreed take place in Düsseldorf (Germany) where all International Referees and TDs shall take part - the NGBs shall please inform their referees accordingly. All further details will be reported lately until end of January.

We wish you all a Happy New Year.
