Germany hold onto their title by beating Switzerland for the 2017 U19 Championship and defending their title from last year. In the final Germany won with 7-2 (3-1, 1-2, 3-0) against Switzerland. Austria came third after a 5-4 (3-2, 1-2, 1-0) win in extratime against Great Britain.
The U19 European Championships 2017 took place in Iserhohn, Germany on October 20-22, 2017 with participation of the following 4 countries Austria, Germany, Great Britain and Switzerland. Germany was the defending champion from Croatia, 2016.
