2. Live Streaming at the European Championships 2016 - request for assistance
IISHF is planning in cooperation with Platin TV to do live streaming at the upcoming European Championships 2016 for Men and U19 (Junior) in Croatia. IISHF has done a number of livestreaming in cooperation with Platin TV from Title Events in 2016 recently the Men European Cup in August, 2016 in Lugano (Cadempino), Switzerland.

However in order to ensure the proper management of the livestreaming the following practical guidelines will apply:

1) All NMA's are kindly requested to provide assistance for commentating of the games of their National Team. Each country can speak the games in their own language. If both countries participating in a game are ready to speak the game then they will share the game which in our past experience from previous livestreaming can be done in joint cooperation.
2) All NMA's are kindly encouraged to assist with persons to assistant with the camera work for the livestreaming.
3) If the NMA's are not assisting with the commentating and/or camerawork IISHF can/will decide to skip livestreaming of certain games. We are not in a position to operate the camera + laptop for all games at the Events alone without the necessary assistance.
4) Livestreaming currently from IISHF Title Events is only possible with the assistance from the hosting club with a steady Internet connection and the assistance from the NMA's for the commentating and/or camerawork.

We would appreciate very much your kind understanding of the above handling of our livestreaming service for this reason we would then kindly ask all NMA?s participating at the upcoming European Championships to send one person as speaker for each game of the relevant country and to inform IISHF latest on Wednesday October 12th, 2016 for their support to this for the U19 (Junior) European Championships and on Wednesday October 19th, 2016 for the Men European Championships.

On behalf of the IISHF Presidium
