IISHF Technical Committee: Approvals of equipment modifications

The IISHF Technical Committee (chaired by Stefan Gehrig) has asked for the distribution of the two attached documents regarding the approval of equipment modifications to all member countries and with the publication of them on the IISHF website.

The Technical Committee has decided to allow textile covers on goalkeepers leg guards as well as the usage of so called slide plates manufactured by Rollerfly. There is still a discussion going on whether the slide plate permission can be extended to other manufacturers as well or be broadened to a more general permission of such devices. But for now we only allow the Rollerfly ones.
