AGM 2015 - Organization, AGM 2015 - Proposals, Number of teams reported to IISHF, Men European Cup 2015, Deadline for team information - Title Events 2015 - Clarification, Proposal Rules of the Game 2015
1. AGM 2015 - Organization
As previously announced the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on the weekend 21-22 February 2015 in Hamburg (Germany). The location will be

This is a first class hotel located in the city centre of Hamburg near the Lake Alster and closed to the Main Train Station. The Hamburg Airport is just a 20-minute commute. High speed WLAN is provided in the whole hotel for free. We could get the following prices for accommodation in Business Class Rooms incl. Super Breakfast Buffet (valid from Friday until Sunday)
- 154 EUR per day for a single room incl. tourism tax
- 179 EUR per day for a double room incl. tourism tax

The whole organisation will be led by the President of the German Inline Skater Hockey Association (ISHD) Ingo Goerke. Please feel free to contact Ingo in case of any request or support. We have to finalize the official booking until 05.01.2015. Thus please send your final booking order
- with choice for rooms (number of single and/or double rooms)
- Name of the participants
- for which days hotel accommodation is required
Lately until 03.01.2015 to Ingo Goerke (goerke@ishd.de or igoerke@iishf.com). Please understand that without final booking order until 03.01.2015 no room reservation can be provided anymore. After booking order the hotel rooms will be invoiced to each NGB.

2. AGM 2015 - Proposals
All Proposals for Changes to the Constitution at General Meetings shall be submitted in writing to the Presidium no later than three (3) weeks prior to the meeting. The Presidium shall then circulate all proposals to the members no later than two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. These proposals cannot be altered at a General Meeting but must be voted upon without change unless withdrawn by the applicant.

All Proposals for Changes to the Regulations and/or the Rules of the Game at General Meetings shall be submitted in writing to the Presidium no later than three (3) weeks prior to the meeting. The Presidium shall then circulate all proposals to the members no later than two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. These proposals can be altered by the applicant at a General meeting before being voted upon unless withdrawn by the applicant. During a General Meeting new proposals for Changes to the Regulations and/or the Rules of the Game can be put to a vote if all National Member Associations being present at the General Meeting unanimously agree.

3. Number of teams to be reported to IISHF
We kindly ask all National Member Associations (NMAs) to send us in reference to article 11.11 and 11.12 IISHF Constitution until 15.01.2015 to IISHF headquarters (office@iishf.com):
- How many inline skater hockey teams shall be registered in that country for the current year
- A detailed team list for all age groups with the name of all registered clubs and teams for the current year
If no report and/or no detailed team list has been given until 15.01.2015 the relevant number of teams shall be based on the previous year membership. For the sake of complete information we also refer to article 11.11 ISHF Constitution that each Member Country (NMA) shall be entitled at General Meetings to:
- For Members with 49 teams or less registered 1 Vote
- For Members with 50 to 99 teams registered 2 Votes
- For Members with 100 or more teams registered 3 Votes

4. Men European Cup 2015
The IISHF Presidium has fixed the Men European Cup 2015 and it will be hosted by SHC Givisiez on 23-25 May 2015 in Givisiez (Switzerland). The Title Event will take place Saturday until Monday which is the Whitsun weekend.

5. Deadline for team information - Title Events 2015 - Clarification
In supplement to point 8 in the IISHF Communication Letter 2014-11 where the request was for the reporting to IISHF latest on the 15th of December of the Team names, contact person, full team list and contact address (e-mail) of the National Champion and National Vice Champion and any Host with Wild Card Teams.
The third and fourth place team as possible back up should also be reported. Deadline for reporting of this additional information is 31.12.2014.

According to § 18.1 IISHF Regulations as decided at the AGM 2014 in Tel Aviv (Israel) the following applies:
Each National Member Association must inform the IISHF latest on the 15th of December of each year (official deadline according to article 3.7 IISHF Regulations)
a) for Teams in the age category of U19, U16, U13 the Team names, contact person, full team list and contact address (e-mail) of the
- National Champion
- National Vice Champion (as possible Back-Up)
- Third Place Team (as possible Back-Up)
- Fourth Pace Team (as possible Back-Up)
- Any Host with Wild Card
b) for Men and Women Teams the Team names, contact person and contact address (e-mail) of the
- National Champion / Cup Winner
- National Vice Champion / Vice Cup Winner (both as possible Back-Up)
- Third Place Team (as possible Back-Up)
- Fourth Place Team (as possible Back-Up)
- Defending European Cup Title Holder
- Any Host with Wild Card

National Member Associations not giving information according to § 18.1 a) and/or § 18.1 b) IISHF Regulations until the deadline 15th of December will get a fine according to article 3.7 IISHF Regulations and also lose their right to take part with teams at the relevant European Cup.
Please note that for the younger age groups a team list with each players name, sex and birth year has to be given.

6. Proposal Rules of the Game 2015
Please find attached the IISHF Technical Committee proposal for the Rules of the Game 2015 which includes only minor corrections to the rules as it has been decided to keep the rules for two years (2014-2015).
Please note that the document titled "iishf_rules_of_the_game_2015.draft.pdf" should please be distributed to all member countries as defined in the IISHF Technical Committee guidelines.
