1. EGM 2011 - Agenda
The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 2011 will as previously mentioned take place Friday September 9th, 2011 at 7.30 PM in Stegersbach, Austria. The meeting should not take more than 90 minutes and IISHF will provide something to eat and drink during the meeting.
The EGM will mainly focus on the midway report from the IISHF Future Structure Project and the IISHF Technical Committee and also function as a preparation for the next AGM which will take place the last weekend of February 2012.
Attached please find the agenda for the EGM 2011.

2. Request for the Veterans/Old Boys European Cup 2012 or 2013
BISHA has indicated an interest in hosting the Veterans/Old Boys European Cup in 2013. The tournament would most likely take place in Bisley which is within short distance from Heathrow Airport in London. The requirement for hosting an IISHF Title Event for clubteams is participation from minimum 3 countries with in total a minimum of 8 teams. In order to go ahead with their plans to host the tournament BISHA wants to have a feedback from the other member countries about their intent to participate and if so with how many teams. Deadline for reply is September 7, 2011 (4 weeks).

Similar has Copenhagen Vikings shown in interest in hosting the Veterans/Old Boys European Cup already in 2012 after they won the first National Championship in Denmark in this age category on July 30, 2011. The same requirement applies here so in order to go ahead with their plans to host the tournament DRsU-Skaterhockey (Denmark) wants to have a feedback from the other member countries about their intent to participate and if so with how many teams. Deadline for reply is September 7, 2011 (4 weeks).

3. Incident at the European Cup for Men 2011
There was a very chaotic ending to the final game and the following Presentation Ceremony of the European Cup for Men 2011 in Essen, Germany on July 10, 2011. IISHF is currently handling a disciplinary case regarding the action of an IISHF Referee at the end of the final game and the behaviour of some of the participating teams at the Presentation Ceremony. It's our firm belief that's it's in the best interest of the skaterhockey community that our Title Events takes place in a sportive exciting but also in a fair and friendly atmosphere.
