3. General remarks about the TD Course and the Referee Course
The IISHF Presidium has some general remarks about the hosting of the TD Course and the Referee Course in Kaarst, Germany.
a) IISHF has currently 30 referees and this number is the maximum for international referees. We are not able to take more international referees if we want to make sure that each international referee shall get a nomination.
b) To offer new persons to become an international referee, Germany and Switzerland and Austria had to reduce their number of referees and they did so.
c) We can give the other countries a maximum of one person to become a new international referee.
d) Each new international referee must have the approval of the domestic referee manager and must be high qualified referee in the domestic NGB and have regular experience on highest inline-skaterhockey games.

In addition to the above if the NGBs are interested, they can decide to send extra persons to the TD and/or Referee course but this will be on their own costs including travelling costs. The originals costs below (1:1) are per person and will be invoiced to the NGB?s.
a) 65 EUR accommodation per day (double room) or 95 EUR accommodation per day (single room).
b) 85 EUR per day course fee (incl. full food and drinks).
c) Deadline for application is 15th February, 2011.
