Switzerland won a close final over Germany with 4-3 (1-0, 3-2, 0-1).
In the game for 3rd place Great Britain won in extratime med 5-4 (2-2, 1-1, 2-1) over Austria. In the semifinal Germany won 4-1 (2-1, 2-0) over Austria and Switzerland won 7-1 (3-0, 4-1) over Great Britain.

Austria hosted the European Championship for Men in Steindorf on September 21-23, 2007. Its the first time that Austria hosts an international event in skaterhockey. In the Men tournament there were 7 participating countries: Austria, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Netherland, Poland and Switzerland.
