Regarding the use of the IISHF Guestbook. The Guestbook should only be used for greetings and visit stamps. If you have general questions then please use the IISHF Discussion board. In the Discussion board you can start a discussion about a specific topic.

The U19 European Cup will take place at the venue as described in the IISHF Tournament Rules. The IISHF website has been updated accordingly. If you have questions regarding travel please contact the Event Director.

Comment:
This has later been corrected. New Tournament Rules will be published. The address of the IISHF website is correct.

Only 10 teams can participate in the European Cup for PeeWee (U13) and now we have 8 member countries who will send teams to the tournament so the vice-champions can't anymore expect to participate. The IISHF Regulations states (ยง18.2): For each age group only each National Champion is automatically qualified to participate in a European Cup. Each National Champion must take part in the event, unless they officially cancel their participation to the IISHF within three (3) weeks after the European Cup has been announced.

Thanks for your quick response Erik. In recent years the vice champions from Germany & Great Britain qualified, when did this change?
