1. Title Events 2013
We would like to decide the Title Events for next year as early as possible. We have received some interest for some of the events but would like to receive formal applications. We hereby ask for formal applications with deadline April 1, 2012.

2. Teams Participating at Title Events 2012
Attached please find a listing of the teams selected to participate in the Title Events 2012. For the European Championships for Men and Junior more countries can still participate. We will accept applications with deadline April 1, 2012.

3. Deadline for Teams participating in European Cups 2012
We hereby officially announce that according to point 12.1 IISHF Constitution (2010 version) the IISHF Presidium has imposed an official deadline for all Teams participating in European Cups 2012 to send the following material. Deadline is set to 4 weeks before each event.
a) an actual team photo
b) victories / successes of the last 10 years for the relevant team (age group) in English language and a short story (history) of the team
c) players list with names and shirt numbers of all players.
d) team logo
Until 19.04.2012 for Men European Cup 2012 in Givisiez, Switzerland.
Until 04.05.2012 for Women European Cup 2012 in Duisburg, Germany.
Until 11.05.2012 for U16 Youth European Cup 2012 in Krefeld, Germany.
Until 18.05.2012 for U13 Pee Wee European Cup 2012 in Gentofte, Denmark.
Until 27.07.2012 for Men Invitation Cup 2012 in Århus, Denmark.

Complete information has to be sent by e-mail to the hosting club with a copy (!!) to the IISHF President Erik Sommer (esommer@iishf.com or sommer.erik@gmail.com). Failure will result to fixed fines (50 EUR per week of delay).

The Schedule and Tournament Rules we will send out with a following IISHF Communication Letter in timely manner before the event.

Please also pay attention that each National Member Association has to send not later than two weeks before each European Cup the completed and approved International Team Certificate (ITC) of all its teams to IISHF President Erik Sommer (esommer@iishf.com or sommer.erik@gmail.com).

Until 07.09.2012 for Team Information Junior European Championships in Århus, Denmark.
Until 20.09.2012 for Team Information Men European Championships in Givisiez, Switzerland.

5. Request for special permit for German player for the U13 European Cup
The Pee-Wee-Team of Crash Eagles Kaarst is qualified to participate in the U13 European Cup 2012. The German Federation has received an application from the German club about a handicapped player (back-up goalie). The player is named Marcel Schönke-Bienefeld, born 14.01.1998. Because of a heart disease the boy is much smaller than other children of his age and the German national association (ISHD) gave him a special permit to participate in last year Pee-Wee-Championships in Germany. The German Federation is asking for a special permit for the above mentioned player to play the European Cup U 13. He will be back-up goalie and for him it is a very important thing to be part of the team, even if he in all probability will not play. If it would help the German Federation may produce an attestation about his disease and send some photos if needed. The IISHF Presidium is favor of providing a special permit for the German player to participate in the U13 European Cup but we need to have the acceptance from the NMA's before we can grant the special permission. So if any NMA's will not accept the special permission to be given then please inform us within 3 weeks. Deadline Monday March 12, 2012.
