1. Distribution of the IISHF Communication Letters
The IISHF Presidium has decided that for the future will the distribution of the IISHF Communication Letters only take place to the official e-mail contact address of each National Member Association (NMA's). It's then up to each National Member Association to circulate the IISHF Communication Letters to all relevant persons within their own organisation. In addition to the e-mail distribution are the IISHF Communication Letters published on www.iishf.com and made available through the IISHF Twitter service and IISHF Facebook website.
2. Payment for accommodation at the AGM 2012
We had often problems when people (NGBs) changed accommodation details some days before the AGM's and we had to send additional/modified invoices. Therefore it was agreed with Andreas Heidinger as the host for the AGM 2012 in Stegersbach, Austria that each NGB pays their shuttle and accommodation directly in Stegersbach. As consequence this year we did not invoice any NGB for shuttle and accommodation. Please be aware of this when you travel to the upcoming AGM. For your information it was the same procedure last year at the AGM 2011 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
